In the milestone issue of "The Amazing Spider-Man", Aunt May’s son was revealed as the new villain, Ravager. Marvel Comics released the landmark 1,000th issue of "The Amazing Spider-Man" in late September. The red-and-blue wall-crawler is attacked by the new villain, Ravager, and the major revelation follows: he is Cormac Crane, the biological son of Uncle Ben and Aunt May. Dark Horse Comics will reissue the iconic storyline about how Wolverine got his famous adamantium claws.

Weapon X, a 1991 comic book, is considered one of the greatest and most influential Wolverine stories. It was in this story that readers were shown how Logan got his adamantium bones and claws. Now, Dark Horse Comics has the opportunity to present a new line of archival editions of iconic stories. Much of the story unfolds not from Logan's point of view, but from the eyes of the scientists who conducted the experiment on him. The story is structured like a slasher or horror film: these "researchers" become the target of an unstoppable and highly dangerous creature they themselves created. Other features include a black-and-white color palette and extensive artist commentary on the comic's creation. It originally ran in Marvel Comics Presents from #72 to #84 over 12 issues. The story will be 192 pages long, and the format will also be expanded. The reissue is scheduled for release on November 24.
