Mr. Freeze might help Batman defeat Poison Ivy. This week sees the release of the fourteenth issue of the ongoing Batman series, and the Dark Knight’s target has finally been revealed. As Ivy’s botanical creations spread across the city, Batman urgently needs to locate Mr. Freeze. The cold-blooded villain is far from pleased with the situation—and he may well be the key to stopping the rampaging villainess. Meanwhile, butler Verity Pennyworth is forced to defend the manor against attackers who have clearly underestimated exactly who they are dealing with. Batman’s stronghold turns into a battlefield in the dead of night, with dawn fast approaching. The comic hits shelves on October 7, 2026.

Marvel is reissuing its classic comics.

The "Marvel Masterworks" program—which releases classic Marvel comics in premium hardcover editions—has returned after a two-year hiatus. It is now being launched by Clover Press via Kickstarter. They have raised just over $220,000, far exceeding the initial $10,000 goal; clearly, fan interest is high. The titles being reissued are "The Uncanny X-Men", "Super-Villain Team-Up", "The Mighty Thor", and "The Tomb of Dracula".
